Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern every engagement, assessment, capability issue, subscription and service provided under the Always Encrypted brand. The brand is operated by Start My Business Incorporated ("Start My Business Inc.", "the Company", "we", "us"), which is the primary principal managing all operations, personnel, platforms, servers, subcontractors and automations under the brand. By requesting clearance, joining the waitlist, creating an account, paying an assessment or subscription, or using any part of the service anywhere in the world, you ("the Client", "you") accept these Terms in full.
1. Definitions & interpretation
In these Terms: "Assessment" means the fixed-price evaluation and capability issue described in Section 6. "Running Costs" means the recurring monthly infrastructure charges described in Section 7. "Theater" means any environment — local, national or international, on the ground, in the air, at sea or online — in which services are performed. "Participant" means any principal, asset, guest or personnel moved, protected or monitored under an engagement. "Operator" means a technical operator, executive assistant or analyst assigned to a Client. "Automations" means the software, AI agents and scripted workflows the Company deploys for payment processing, purchasing, transport coordination and communications. Headings are for convenience; singular includes plural; "including" means "including without limitation."
2. The contracting parties; principal operator
All services are supplied by Start My Business Incorporated, trading under the Always Encrypted brand. The Company contracts as principal, not as agent or broker, and may perform through vetted employees, contractors, affiliates within its own network of companies, and third-party carriers, venues and facilities engaged on the Client's behalf under Section 30. No other entity using the Always Encrypted name, mark or styling is authorized to bind the Company.
3. Scope of services
Services include, without limitation: end-to-end encrypted communications and meetings; signal-intelligence tooling and live intelligence consoles; threat assessment; movement planning and executive-assistant protocols; coordination of ground, aerial and maritime transport; access to vetted personnel; asset recovery support; anonymized communications; and the automations that keep payments, purchasing, transport and field communications moving. The exact scope of any engagement is set by its written assessment or statement of work.
4. Business-to-business engagement only
Services are offered to business clients only. By engaging us you represent that you act in a business or professional capacity, that you are authorized to bind the entity you represent, and that you are not a consumer for the purposes of consumer-protection statutes, save that where such statutes apply notwithstanding this clause, they are preserved to the extent they cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not currently engage government customers.
5. Waitlist status; no present sale
Access is presently waitlist-only. Joining the waitlist, requesting clearance, or creating an anonymous account creates no obligation on either party, no charge is made, and no package is sold until a separate written agreement is executed. Published prices are indicative and may change before any sale.
6. Assessment pricing
The published package price (for example Covert Operations, Shadow Network or Black Operations) is the price of an assessment and capability issue: we evaluate the Client's position, threat surface and requirements, issue the capabilities described for that tier, and stand up the Client's operator and protocols. The package price is not payment for ongoing operations. Except as expressly stated, ongoing operations are charged separately as Running Costs.
7. Running costs & subscriptions
Running Costs begin at USD $500 per month for encrypted infrastructure: the servers, platforms, monitoring, storage, relay and automation capacity that give the Client monthly, on-the-go access to active intelligence in support of their technical operator or executive assistant assisting the primary asset. Local, disposable-level engagements are billed at the base rate; national and international operations are priced per theater and stated in advance. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, may be cancelled effective at the end of the current billing month, and are non-refundable for the month in which cancellation occurs.
8. Multi-jurisdictional performance
Services may be performed across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States (including without limitation California, Illinois and New York and the principal hubs of traveling commerce), Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and EEA, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and other territories where lawful. Each element of an engagement is performed under the law of the place where that element occurs. The Client is responsible for confirming that the engagement as configured is lawful in each jurisdiction concerned; we will decline or reconfigure any element that is not.
9. Compliance with laws
The Client shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and lawful orders in every jurisdiction touched by an engagement, including those governing privacy, communications interception, recording consent, aviation, maritime activity, customs, immigration, sanctions, export controls, labor, and the carriage of persons and goods. Nothing in these Terms, any assessment, or any capability we issue authorizes or condones unlawful conduct. Capabilities are tools; legality of use is the Client's responsibility.
10. Export controls & sanctions
Our services involve encryption and related technology subject to export-control and sanctions regimes, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) where applicable, and sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the UK, the EU and the UN. The Client represents that it is not a sanctioned or restricted party, is not located in an embargoed territory, and will not export, re-export, divert or permit access to our technology in violation of such regimes. We may suspend or terminate any engagement to remain compliant.
11. Anti-bribery & anti-corruption
The Company and the Client shall each comply with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act 2010. No payment, gift or facilitation under an engagement shall be made to improperly influence any official or decision-maker. Personnel vetting, expediting and access arrangements are performed through lawful channels only.
12. Shipping, receiving & ports
Where an engagement involves shipping, receiving, port operations or freight, the Company coordinates lawful carriage through licensed carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and port authorities. Title, risk of loss, customs duties, tariffs, import/export declarations and inspections are allocated in the statement of work; absent contrary terms, the Client bears duties and taxes and warrants that all cargo descriptions are accurate and the cargo is lawful to ship and receive. Aerial freight may be executed by unmanned platforms up to their rated capacities (including 100-lb-class transport drones) where lawful, including deliveries to buildings and hotels equipped with aerial reception ports, with handoff to vetted bell staff or flight attendants on arrival.
13. Aviation & unmanned aircraft
Aerial operations are conducted under the aviation rules of the operating jurisdiction, including FAA Part 107 or equivalent certification for unmanned aircraft, airspace authorizations, and radio-equipment rules of the FCC or foreign counterparts. Flight attendants, pilots and ground crew engaged for an operation are appropriately certified and vetted. The Company may cancel, reroute or ground any aerial element for weather, airspace, safety or legal reasons without liability beyond a good-faith reschedule or credit.
14. Ground transport & vehicles
Ground movement may employ automobiles, SUVs, cabs and other vehicles, owned, leased or lawfully hired. Drivers and security drivers are vetted under Section 15. Routing, counter-surveillance driving and staged vehicle exchanges are planned under the threat assessment and executed within traffic and safety law. The Client's own vehicles used in an engagement must be roadworthy, insured and lawfully operated.
15. Vetted personnel & security positions
Personnel placed in security-sensitive positions — operators, executive assistants, drivers, flight crew, bell staff, building agents and recovery teams — are vetted through background screening appropriate to their role and lawful in the jurisdiction of engagement. Vetting reduces but cannot eliminate risk; the Company does not warrant the future conduct of any person. Personnel remain bound by confidentiality obligations under Section 25.
16. Buildings & infrastructure access
Access to buildings, hotels, venues and infrastructure is arranged through their owners, managers and security staff. Building rules, fire and safety codes, and local law govern on premises. The Onion Protocol's layered-access model limits what any layer of a venue learns about a participant; venues and their staff act as independent operators of their premises, and the Company is not liable for their independent acts.
17. Movement through active theaters
Where a threat assessment identifies elevated risk, the Company may plan and execute protective movement for participants and assets through an active theater: staged routes, timing windows, decoys, alternates, and handoffs between vetted personnel and vehicles. Such operations are defensive and protective in character. They are planned to remain within the law of the territory concerned, and the Client authorizes reasonable on-the-ground adaptation by the assigned operator.
18. Anonymized movement & grid-skipping
Certain engagements call for participants to move with minimal exposure across public networks and records ("grid-skipping"): compartmented bookings, lawful pseudonymous arrangements, sealed credentials, segregated payment rails and minimal-data itineraries. Grid-skipping is a privacy discipline, not an evasion service: it is performed only where lawful, never to defeat law-enforcement process, court orders, sanctions, immigration controls or safety regulation, and may be escalated, re-routed or refused by the operator on legal or safety grounds.
19. Executive assistant protocols & devices
Executive-assistant protocols attach to the Client's devices and accounts to streamline itineraries, communications, purchasing and transport. The Client grants the Company's automations and operators the minimum access needed for the agreed scope, revocable on notice. Device-side tooling (including field radar and perimeter nodes) is local-first; observation data remains on the Client's equipment unless the Client deliberately exports it.
20. Asset recovery & deployment teams
Asset-recovery support includes locating, securing and returning Client assets (including luggage, equipment and materiel moved through aerial or ground channels) and deploying recovery personnel on instruction. Recovery actions are executed within the law of the territory and, where third-party property or authority is involved, with appropriate coordination. Deployment timelines — including the within-the-hour deployment of an operator where offered — are targets dependent on theater conditions, not guarantees.
21. Recording consent & communications laws
Meeting recording is host-controlled, and both parties may signal recording through in-meeting controls. Recording and communications laws differ by jurisdiction (one-party versus all-party consent and their foreign equivalents). The Client and each participant are responsible for their own compliance. Our glasses and field-recording capabilities may be used only in places and manners where recording is lawful, and carry in-product legal notices to that effect.
22. Signal-intelligence tooling
Our signal-intelligence tools perform passive observation only: they read publicly broadcast wireless metadata and do not intercept content, decrypt traffic, jam, spoof, transmit, or access private data. Classification (for example fleet or cellular-router hardware) identifies hardware provenance, not the identity or intent of any person. The Client shall use such tooling lawfully and shall not represent its outputs as proof of identity, agency or purpose.
23. Artificial intelligence & automated communications
Automations — including AI agents that correspond, purchase, book, translate, anonymize voice or brief operators — act under the Client's configured authority and these Terms. Outputs may contain errors and must be verified before reliance in safety-critical or legal decisions. Voice anonymization remaps pitch, formants and cadence to defeat forensic voice analysis; it is disclosed to participants and is not a license to deceive for unlawful ends. Where AI communications are legally required to be identified as such, the Client is responsible for that identification.
24. Payments & payment processing
Payments may be processed through multiple jurisdictions and processors appropriate to the Client's location and preference, including local, national and international rails. When sales open, privacy-preserving methods — with Monero and other privacy coins on the roadmap — will be offered alongside conventional methods. Payment automations reconcile invoices, subscriptions, purchases and transport charges on the Client's behalf as configured. The Client is responsible for the tax treatment of its payments in its own jurisdiction.
25. Fees, taxes, duties & currency
Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated. The Client bears applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, customs duties and similar taxes. Currency conversion, cross-border and processor surcharges are passed through at cost. Automations may pre-position budgeted amounts ("disposable income" allocations) at local, national or international level so that operators can transact without delay; unused allocations remain the Client's funds and are reconciled monthly.
26. Confidentiality, anonymity & data sharing
Both parties keep engagement details confidential. We minimize what exists to protect: anonymous accounts (username and password only; name and organization optional), no meeting visitor logs, no server-side storage of call media. We do not share any lists or client information except within our own network of companies, and no third parties receive anybody's information. Subcontracted carriers, venues and personnel receive only the minimum operational detail required for their task, under confidentiality obligations.
27. Release of liability & assumption of risk
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Client releases and discharges Start My Business Incorporated, its officers, employees, contractors and network companies from all claims, damages, losses and expenses arising out of: (a) movement of persons or assets through any theater; (b) acts or omissions of carriers, venues, ports, aviation or maritime authorities, and other independent third parties; (c) interception, surveillance or identification of the Client by third parties despite protective measures; (d) delays, diversions, cancellations or refusals undertaken for legal or safety reasons; and (e) the Client's unlawful use of any capability. The Client acknowledges that protective, travel and signal-intelligence services reduce risk but cannot eliminate it, and assumes all residual risk inherent in the theaters it elects to operate in.
28. Indemnification
The Client shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from and against all claims, fines, penalties, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: the Client's breach of these Terms; the Client's violation of any law in any jurisdiction; the Client's instructions to perform an act later determined unlawful; claims by the Client's participants, guests or personnel; and cargo, goods or materials supplied by the Client. The Company shall indemnify the Client against third-party claims arising from the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
29. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill; (b) the Company's aggregate liability for all claims arising out of an engagement shall not exceed the amounts actually paid to the Company for that engagement in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability; and (c) for subscriptions, aggregate liability shall not exceed the Running Costs paid in the six (6) months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
30. Subcontracting & network companies
The Company may perform through its own network of companies and may subcontract elements of an engagement — transport, venues, personnel, processing — provided subcontractors are bound by terms no less protective than these. The Company remains responsible for the performance of its direct obligations.
31. Insurance
The Company maintains insurance appropriate to its operations. The Client is responsible for insuring its own persons, property, cargo and operations to the extent it requires coverage beyond the Company's. Proof of insurance for specific engagements is available on request under confidentiality.
32. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural events, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, port or airspace closures, epidemics, utility or network failures, sanctions, or acts of government. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration; subscriptions are credited pro rata for material, sustained outages of Company-operated infrastructure.
33. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Intelligence, threat assessments and signal observations are professional judgments and tool outputs, not guarantees of outcomes, identities or events.
34. Dispute resolution; arbitration
The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution through the engagement's communication channel. Unresolved disputes shall be finally settled by binding confidential arbitration seated in the Client's nearest major commerce hub among those in which the Company operates (including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, London, Singapore or Dubai), under the rules of a recognized arbitral institution, in English, before a single arbitrator. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Class and representative actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
35. Governing law
These Terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that (a) elements performed in a jurisdiction whose mandatory law requires otherwise are governed by that mandatory law, and (b) the arbitration clause is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act where it applies.
36. Intellectual property
The Always Encrypted brand, marks, designs, software, consoles, automations and documentation are the property of Start My Business Incorporated or its licensors. Open-source components (including the Jitsi Meet conferencing stack, Apache License 2.0) are used under their licenses, which are preserved. Assessments, protocols and configurations issued to a Client are licensed to that Client for its internal use for the duration of the engagement.
37. Term, termination & suspension
Subscriptions run month-to-month until cancelled. The Company may suspend or terminate an engagement immediately for unlawful use, sanctions or export-control risk, non-payment, or safety. On termination: prepaid amounts for undelivered fixed-scope work are refunded pro rata; current-month Running Costs are retained; confidential materials are returned or destroyed; and Sections concerning confidentiality, liability, indemnity and disputes survive.
38. Notices & contact
Notices may be given electronically under the Electronic Signature & Records Consent. Contact: [email protected]. Because accounts are anonymous by design, Clients are responsible for maintaining a reachable in-account channel.
39. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce is not waiver. The Client may not assign an engagement without consent; the Company may assign within its network of companies. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the E-Sign Consent and any executed statement of work, are the entire agreement and supersede prior discussions.
