Which device should I start with?
For the secure tier, take the glasses at $225. For something you can wear without thinking, take a ring from $25.
What is the difference between an active and a passive key?
An active device proves it holds a private key at every door, so a copy is useless. A passive device just sends its signed key, so whoever holds it can use it until you remove it.
Do any of these need the app?
Glasses and the watch do. Rings, the bracelet, fobs and tags open a door on a tap with no app.
Where do I remove a lost device?
In the Devices list on your account page. Door readers refresh their revocation list about every 5 minutes.
How long does delivery take?
